Cut the chicken into pieces. In a pan, heat the oil and add the pieces to brown. Incorporate the cleaned and sliced squid, sliced sausage, peeled and chopped garlic, and let it cook gently. Grill the bell peppers on all sides, peel them, remove the seeds, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the pan. Mix the preparation with a wooden spoon. Peel, seed, and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Add them to the pan and stir. Pour in 1 liter of warm water and mix. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 15 minutes. In a pot, add the carefully cleaned mussels and cook them over high heat until they open. Cook the prawns for five minutes in boiling salted water. Add the well-drained rice to the pan, include the saffron, prawns, and mussels, and let it cook for 20 minutes. Incorporate the peas, mix gently, and serve in the pan.
