A very flavorful and comforting dish for winter.

Ingredients
 ½ Butternut squash
 3 Large potatoes
 2 Liquid honey
 Rosemary
 3 Olive oil
 1 Feta
 20 Water
 Pepper
 1 Red onion
 Salt

Cut all the vegetables into cubes.

Place the block of feta in the center of the dish. Arrange all the vegetables around the block of feta.

Drizzle the vegetables and feta with oil and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter the rosemary on top.

Finally, add water to the bottom of the dish and bake at 150°C for 45 minutes.
