Hello everyone! You know my love for rice pudding, among other things!! Here’s a simple recipe with whipped cream that adds a lightness to this rice pudding, yum!

 80 Round rice
 400 Milk
 80 Milk jam
 120 Sour cream

In a pan, put the rice with cold water and stop cooking as soon as the water boils.

Drain the rice and cook it with the milk. At the end of cooking, stir in the caramel spread.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it in with a spatula into the still-warm rice.

Divide into jars and place in the fridge. Garnish with chocolate pearls and serve.

To finish, note that the introduction of cold water helps to release the starch from the rice.
