Here is my favorite recipe for rhubarb clafoutis with exceptional flavors.

Preparation
 120 Sugar
 1 Vanilla sugar
 100 Flour
 ½ Baking powder
 25 Milk
 600 Rhubarb
 30 Butter
 30 Brown sugar
 1 pinch Salt
 3 Egg

Preparation of the mixture Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the two sugars and mix vigorously... Sift together 75g of flour, salt, and baking powder, and fold them into the previous mixture. Thin with the milk.

Preparation of the rhubarb Peel the rhubarb and cut it into pieces. Place them in a strainer, dust them with the remaining flour, and shake to coat them well.

Preparation of the dish: Butter a baking dish and place the diced rhubarb in it. Pour the clafoutis batter over the top and bake for 50 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with brown sugar.
