The tiramisu in a fresher and lighter version is a recipe for tiramisu with red fruits. Choose this sweet dessert when you can prepare a dessert in advance.
Soak half of the biscuits in the coffee and arrange the pieces at the bottom of the ramekins.
Add half of the chopped strawberries on top.
Prepare the cream by mixing the egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy in texture.
Then add the mascarpone and beat until you obtain a smooth cream.
Take another bowl that has been chilled and whip the cold cream until you achieve a firm texture.
Fold this whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula.
Pour half of the cream over the fruits.
Make a new layer of soaked cookies, with the rest of the strawberries on top and finish with the remaining cream.
Finally, we finish by placing the raspberries on top, then we chill for a minimum of 3 hours (up to overnight). Just before serving, you can dust the tiramisu with powdered sugar and grate lime zest on top.
