This recipe for red bean brownies is taken from the book "My Life in a Funky & Veggie Way!" by Camille Azoulai.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Pour the chia seeds with their water into a blender bowl, add the remaining ingredients and blend everything together.
Pour the batter into a greased 12 x 23 cm mold, and bake for 30 minutes.
Take the brownie out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it into pieces.
