Enjoy this delicious recipe for organic veal sauté with blueberries and wild mushrooms. This autumn recipe will delight your taste buds and is ideally served with fresh pasta.
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and dry them.
Heat a pan with sunflower oil, sear the organic veal slices for 1 minute on each side over high heat, add the mushrooms and soy sauce, continue cooking for 4 minutes over low heat and, off the heat, add the blueberries and walnut oil, season moderately with salt and pepper, and mix.
To finish, serve the sliced organic veal with blueberries and wild mushrooms accompanied by fresh pasta.
