Deviled eggs can be reinvented and served in small glasses. Quick and easy to prepare, here is a recipe for deviled eggs in a glass.
Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water, then stop the cooking by plunging them into cold water.
Wash and chop the chives.
Shell the eggs and remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks with a fork and mix them with mayonnaise, chili powder, and salt.
To finish, pour the mayonnaise mixture into 4 small glasses, then add the roughly crushed egg whites with a fork. Serve cold, sprinkled with chopped chives.
