 30 Olive oil
 150 fresh cheese
 1 Moroccan olives
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
 1 Cumin seeds
 1 Honey

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the zucchinis and then cut off their ends.

2

Using a sharp, smooth knife, slice thin slices of zucchini. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetable slices on each side until they are nicely golden.

Set them aside on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Crush the fresh cheese in a bowl and add the juice from the olives.

Add half of the olives with their seasoning to the tart and bake for 40 minutes.

6

To finish, at the time of serving, drizzle honey over the tart, add fresh herbs as well as the remaining olives.
