Sometimes, the simplest things are the best.
Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut it into thin slices lengthwise using a mandoline. Arrange the zucchini slices on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and ground pepper. Let marinate for about fifteen minutes.
Wrap the crumbled tuna in the slices of zucchini. Arrange them beautifully on two serving plates. Season with the remaining marinade. Garnish with basil leaves.
To finish, add the slices of green onion and a slice of lemon. Serve well chilled. Enjoy your meal.
