For light tarts, featuring zucchini for freshness, to delight the taste buds joyfully and make spring truly enjoyable.
Wash a zucchini. Cut a zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and then cut the slices in half (1.5cm wide). Then cut three slices of ham to the same width as the zucchini slices.
Make a ball with the store-bought puff pastry, then divide it into 4 small balls. Flatten the balls to form circles. Create edges (in case you don't have small molds).
Mix together in a bowl the eggs and the cream cheese, and pour the mixture into each of the four pastry shells.
To finish, arrange the slices of zucchini on the sides to create a flower shape. Then add a slice of ham. Alternate in this way until you reach the middle. Place everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. But most importantly, enjoy!
