 400 New potatoes
 3 Artichoke
 2 Vendee Ham
 2 Tomato
 20 White wine
 5 Oil
 3 cloves Garlic
 1 Lemon
 Coarse salt
 Freshly ground pepper

Wash, remove the stems, and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel, wash, remove the germ, and finely chop the garlic.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Prepare the artichokes: break off the stems. Cut them into 4 or 6 pieces. Remove the choke, wash them, and immerse in lemon water. Drain.

In a skillet, pour in the oil and lightly brown the artichokes. Add the diced tomatoes and the strips of ham.

Stir and drizzle with white wine.

Season and cover. Let cook for 45 minutes on low heat, stirring regularly.

During the cooking of the artichokes: peel and wash the potatoes. Immerse them in a pot of water, bring to a boil, add a handful of coarse salt, and cook until they are tender.

To finish, check the seasoning of the artichokes, add the garlic and the cooked potatoes. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold! Suggestion: when serving, sprinkle seaweed on top.
