A true child's play, this cake is so soft and fragrant.
In a mixing bowl, pour in the yogurt. Rinse the container so it can be used to measure the sugar and flour. Add the sugar to the yogurt and mix vigorously.
Add the eggs one by one. Then incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape and form a ribbon; add a tablespoon of flour if necessary.
Add the oil and mix gently. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. In the latter case, stir constantly to prevent it from heating too much or burning. Pour it immediately into the batter and mix thoroughly.
To finish, generously butter a loaf pan (also dust it with flour, if necessary) and pour the mixture into it. Place in the oven and let bake for about 30 minutes (more or less depending on the oven). Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the cake.
