 5 Chicken breast
 5 Egg
 1 Coriander
 1 Mint
 2 Peanut
 3 Green onion
Sauce
 150 Chicken broth
 2 Soy sauce
 6 Brown sugar
 6 Peanut butter
 2 Lime juice
 2 Rice vinegar
 2 Grated fresh ginger
 2 cloves Chopped garlic

Cook the wheat hearts as instructed on the package.

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a jar. Set aside.

Pour the beaten eggs into a pan, cook them like non-creamy scrambled eggs. Keep warm.

Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the white part of the onions, keeping the green part. Then, cook them in an oiled pan for 10 minutes, then add the sauce and let it cook for 3 minutes.

Add the wheat hearts and scrambled eggs, then mix.

At the time of serving, add crushed peanuts, mint, cilantro, chopped green onions, and bean sprouts.
