 4 Veal roll
 15 White wine
 1 Mustard
 2 Olive oil

Cooking the rolls Peel and press the garlic into the pot. Pour in the olive oil and the rolls, then cook in "browning" mode for 5 minutes, stirring.

Adding white wine Once the sides are perfectly browned, pour in the white wine, add the mustard, season, and start cooking in "pressure cooking" mode for 20 minutes.
