This tuna, tomato, and green mustard tart is a summer delight that skillfully blends Mediterranean flavors. Easy to prepare, it makes a complete and balanced meal, perfect for dining with family or friends. The freshness of the tomatoes pairs perfectly with the tenderness of the tuna, while the green mustard adds a pleasant kick.
Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them, and sauté them over low heat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 5 minutes. Peel the tomatoes, chop them, and add them to the garlic and onion mixture. Add chopped parsley. Let it simmer for about a quarter of an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough in a mold, keeping the parchment paper underneath. Cover the bottom by spreading green mustard.
Spread the drained and flaked tuna over the mustard. Next, add the tomato mixture.
In a bowl, beat the egg and the ricotta. Add a little salt and pepper. Cover the bottom of the pie crust with the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake for 35 minutes. Mix everything together.
To finish, serve this dish warm accompanied by a green salad. Enjoy your meal!
