Hummus
 150 Cooked and drained chickpeas
 1 Sesame puree
 3 Sesame oil
 1 clove Garlic
 ½ Lemon
 Salt
 Pepper
Tortillas
 Leftover roast chicken
 2 Ripe avocado
 1 Espelette pepper
 A little lettuce
 Fresh basil

In a small blender, place the rinsed chickpeas, the puree, sesame oil, the roughly chopped garlic clove, salt, and lemon juice.

Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency (adjust with a few tablespoons of water if desired). Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

To finish, peel and cut the avocado into medium slices. Make crumbs from leftover roasted chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cut a tortilla into 4 without cutting all the way through. Place the following ingredients on each quarter of the tortilla: hummus, shredded chicken crumbs, avocado with salad and basil, and grated cheese. Sprinkle with a little chili powder, then fold the tortilla into quarters.
