Preparation of the ingredients In a large bowl, place the washed, unpeeled tomato wedges (remove the core).

Cooking Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, then stir. Remove 2 to 3 liters of cooking water, stir. In a large skillet, add oil, celery, salt, sugar, sautéed onions, and garlic. After 15 minutes, add them to the pulp. Cook everything together for 30 minutes and blend.
