I recommend this very easy and quick tomato tart recipe. You only need a few tomatoes, puff pastry, and mustard for an exceptional taste. You can also add cheese and spices of your choice.
Place the dough in a dish with its parchment paper and prick it using a fork. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Slice the tomatoes and let them drain with a little salt.
Spread mustard on the bottom of the crust.
Drain the tomato slices and arrange them as you would for an apple pie.
Salt, pepper, and place in the oven.
To finish, check the cooking.
