 200 Goat cheese
 Chopped basil
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them on the slices of bread.

Cut the log of cheese into slices: place them on the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with basil (or other herbs according to taste: oregano, chives...).
