Make these delicious Thai spring rolls with this recipe.

24 spring rolls
 12 Prosciutto
 1 Sliced red pepper
 1 Finely chopped carrot
 1 Green bell pepper
 1 Red bell pepper
Marinade
 Juice of a lime
 2 Sesame seed
 2 Grated ginger

Mix all the marinade ingredients and season them to your taste. Keep half to use as a dip.

Add the vegetables to the rest of the marinade. Place a slice of ham on a sheet of parchment paper. In the center of the slice of ham, place a bit of marinated vegetables, cover with a bit of cilantro, and roll the slice to form a roulade.

To finish, cut each roll of prosciutto in half and serve with the coconut sauce.
