Easy recipe for a sunny Thai beef salad, full of flavors and vitamins.
Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan, once well browned add the crumbled ground meat.
Cook the meat, and add soy sauce (salty or sweet as you prefer), and Maggi sauce.
Add fresh herbs and chili to taste.
Once everything is cooked, make the salad with a vinaigrette. For the vinaigrette: mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar, oil, and herbs. Drizzle over the salad.
Finally, add slices of apricots to the salad.
