At the end of the year, beef is a celebration on the plate! A tender piece of beef covered with a crispy coating of herbs and spices for a delightful texture! Dip it generously in a delicious tartar sauce.
Chop the chives and flat-leaf parsley, then mix them with the crispy onions, chili powder, and a little fleur de sel.
Preheat a pan for 1 minute over high heat with a spoonful of sunflower oil.
Season the steaks with salt and place them in the pan.
Sear each side for 1 minute, then finish cooking on low heat for 2 minutes per side for rare doneness.
Cut the pieces into bite-sized cubes.
Place the crispy herb mixture on top of the cubes.
To finish, place them on a platter with wooden skewers. Pour the tartar sauce into a small bowl for dipping the meat.
