 200 Flour
 500 Almond milk
 50 Cornstarch
 3 Egg
 2 Sugar
 1 clove Vanilla
 30 Butter
 1 pinch Salt
 100 Dark chocolate
Directions
1

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape the seeds using the tip of a knife and add them to the flour. Mix well.

2

Then gradually stir in the milk and the whole eggs.

3

Mix until you achieve a well-homogeneized mixture.

4

Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

5

Then incorporate the melted butter and mix again (this will make your pancakes softer).

6

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

7

Divide the dough in half. Add the melted chocolate to one of the halves (to obtain a chocolate crepe batter).

8

In a hot skillet, create a spiral with the chocolate batter starting from the center of the pan and moving outward. Then cover with the white batter and cook like a regular pancake.

9

Then reverse the swirls as well as the colors of the dough.

10

To finish, white chocolate swirl, the one on top is dark chocolate swirl.
