Mix the ingredients for the dough. Pour the flour into a mixing bowl with the sugar and a pinch of fine salt. Then create a well and place the 4 whole eggs in it. Mix while incorporating the flour gradually, and slowly add 500 ml of room temperature milk.
Let it rest for about an hour.
Cooking Once the pancake batter is ready, it's still possible to adjust its fluidity by adding a bit of room temperature milk. Oil the pan, cook the pancake on one side first, then flip it to cook the other side.
Storage: Place the pancakes, one on top of the other, in a large plate (or a round dish) that has been preheated in either an oven or under hot water.
At the time of serving, place the pancakes on individual plates and add a spoonful of liquid honey according to your taste.
