Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare the salsa. Wash, seed, and dice the tomatoes. Peel and chop the red onion, seed and chop the green chili. Rinse and dry the cilantro (save some for serving).
Mix all these ingredients, add the juice of half a lime, and emulsify with olive oil. Season with salt.
Peel and pit the avocados, then cut them into cubes. Lightly salt them and drizzle with lime juice. Thinly slice the chili.
In a baking dish, spread the tortilla chips in a single layer. Top with sliced cheese and ground meat.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked and the cheese is golden.
To finish, take the dish out of the oven, add the avocado, sour cream, green chili, and a little salsa. Set aside the rest in a separate bowl to serve. Sprinkle with a few coriander leaves.
