Nothing is simpler than making homemade iced tea: just water and fruits, let it steep in the fridge, and you have a great natural antioxidant drink that is healthy and refreshing, with no additives.
Prepare the green tea leaves in a teapot. Heat the water to 75°C and pour it over the tea. Let it steep for 4 minutes, then remove the leaves and let it cool.
Wash the fruits, remove the stems and cut the strawberries in half, and the nectarine into wedges. Pour the tea into a pitcher with the fruits and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Those who wish can add two tablespoons of agave syrup.
To finish, serve very cold!
