Summer freshness verrine with tuna, cucumber, and smoked salmon. A very chic starter at a low cost.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients: tuna, mascarpone, cheese, cucumber, very ripe avocados, salt, pepper, parsley mixture, and lemon. In my recipe, I used a mixer. Mix for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into small glasses or stemmed cups.
To finish, cut the salmon into very small cubes. Place them on top of the mixture. Add a cherry tomato and a slice of lemon for garnish.
