This strawberry jam recipe with flower honey is suggested.
Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut the larger ones in half or quarters. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and lemon juice. Cover and let rest in the fridge overnight.
The next day, drain the strawberries and collect the juice obtained. Pour this into a saucepan. Add flower honey.
Heat and let reduce for 5 minutes.
Add the strawberries, mix, and continue cooking for 10 minutes once it starts to boil again.
To finish, immediately place in jars, seal them and turn them upside down. Let them cool and then turn them right side up. This jam can be stored for about 2 months.
