The perfect Omega-3 salad to face the bad autumn weather!
Wash and scrub the skin of the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in a gentle steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.
Clean the mushrooms. Slice them thinly. Cook the mushrooms in olive oil for 1 minute on each side. Set aside.
Prepare two nice serving plates. Place a bit of mixed salad on the bottom of the plates. Place the sliced potato on top of the salad. Arrange the smoked mackerel over the potatoes. Top the fish with sautéed mushrooms, thinly sliced half-rings of red onion, and slices of pear.
To finish, prepare the dressing for the salad. Drizzle with the white cheese sauce and serve immediately.
