 300 Lamb
 50 Chickpea
 1 Tomato
 3 cloves Garlic
 3 Olive oil
 1 Tomato paste
 1 Cumin
 1 Sweet pepper

Start the recipe by soaking the chickpeas in water (preferably the night before), then drain them before using.

Cut the lamb into pieces and sauté it in a saucepan with oil. Once it is well cooked, add the crushed garlic.

Then add the chopped tomato, tomato paste, chili, cumin, and season. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the chickpeas and cover the mixture with hot water, then let it cook for 40 minutes.
