A recipe for spicy cakes suggested by one of the participants in the spicy cake competition.

Ingredients
 1 yellow lentils
 Onion
 Coriander
 Shallot
 Pepper
 Salt
 Baking soda
 Oil

Soak the well-washed lentils in cold water for at least 3 to 4 hours.

After blending the lentils, add the onions chopped into small pieces, the coriander, the chili, and the other ingredients, adjusting according to your taste. Just add a tiny bit of baking soda.

Mix everything together and form small flattened balls with a hole in the center (optional).

Fry in oil that is not too hot.

To finish, serve the spicy cakes alone, with a sauce, or with a piece of bread and butter.
