Steamed bread is ultra soft because it has risen well under the effect of steam.
Fill your steamer reservoir two-thirds full and heat the water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the two flours, psyllium, oat bran, black sesame seeds, crushed cashews, baking soda, baking powder, unrefined sugar, and salt.
Add the two eggs, the apple cider vinegar, and lastly, the spring water.
Mix this preparation with a wooden spoon and then work with your hands to obtain a thick and homogeneous dough.
Line your loaf pan with natural parchment paper. Pour the bread dough into the pan. Smooth the surface of the loaf pan well, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Place your bread on the steamer's sieve.
Cover and let cook without lifting the lid for 60 minutes.
Then remove the bread from your steam cooker, take out the mold, and let it cool before slicing.
To finish TIP: I recommend slicing thin and even pieces and to toast them in a toaster.
