This pear and almond cake is a delight for the taste buds. Quick and easy to make, this cake will have its place on your table for dessert or as a snack.

 80 Butter at room temperature
 80 Sugar
 2 Vanilla sugar
 70 Flour
 50 Almond powder
 1 Baking powder
 2 Pear
 1 Sliced almond

Dough Preparation Preheat your oven to 180°C. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes slightly frothy. Add the butter cut into small pieces and mix until incorporated. Then, add the flour, almond powder, and baking powder until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Preparation of the pears Peel and core the pears. Cut them into slices or cubes.

Prepare the mold Grease your mold well (you can also use a baking dish). Add some sliced almonds at the bottom and the cake batter on top. Then, place the pieces of pear and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

Baking the pear cake Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Once out of the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
