Clafoutis is a cake that originated in a region of France, traditionally made with whole cherries. Here is a recipe to make soft clafoutis with frozen cherries all year round.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Melt the butter.
Mix the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the sifted flour, salt, milk, and melted butter and mix.
To finish, place the frozen cherries in a greased and floured baking pan. Pour in the mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
