An ultra-simple recipe for a rich and creamy sauce.

Ingredients
 1 Smoked chicken
 3 Chopped onion or 5 shallots
 3 Sliced tomato
 2 Peanut butter
 2 Chicken broth
 50 Hot water
 Olive oil or peanut oil
Directions

Chop the onions finely and sauté them in a little oil without burning.

Reduce the heat and add the peanut butter. Melt over low heat while continuing to stir.

When the peanut butter has melted and is well mixed with the onions, add the diced tomatoes. Stir.

Sprinkle with 2 crumbled chicken broth cubes and add 500 ml of hot water. Optional: blend the sauce with a hand mixer; it will become finer and creamier.

Increase the heat. Once boiling, add the chicken cut into pieces and let simmer covered for about ten minutes. Taste the sauce and add a little salt if necessary.

To finish, serve hot with basmati rice.

    Following previous reviews, I doubled the amount of peanut butter (this way I emptied the jar, no leftovers), added 4 cloves of garlic and chili powder, and it was perfect.

    A Pure Delight.. It's a Success Every Time and People Often Ask Me for It. Best with Chicken Breasts Cooked Previously in Butter with Salt, Pepper, and Herbs. I Follow the Recipe Exactly Except for the Onions, Which I Cook in Sunflower Oil. The sauce thickens as it cools; otherwise, it needs to simmer a bit longer. Made with peanut butter, there's no need to add more salt. Thank you for this divine recipe.

    Sauce thickness Do you all add water because I find that it makes the sauce too runny?! My suggestion: How can I make the sauce thick as it should be?

    Successful Very good in terms of taste. However, it was much too oily. My suggestion: Next time, I wouldn't add any oil. The peanut butter is more than enough.
