Light little cakes filled with various cheeses to enjoy while savoring. These savory cheese cakes are perfect for appetizers!

 200 White cheese
 150 Flour
 2 Egg
 1 Baking powder
 5 Oil
 Salt
 Nutmeg

Preparation of the cake batter In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then add the eggs and cottage cheese. Beat with a fork. Pour in the oil and stir with a spatula. You should get a slightly sticky batter.

Prepare the molds and add the cheese. Fill your small cake molds halfway. Then add the cheese cut into small pieces. I have tested Parmesan, cumin cheese, blue cheese, and goat cheese. Finish filling the molds with the batter (1 cm below the level).

Baking Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
