A good little mashed potato dish always pleases both the young and the old.
Cook the peeled potatoes in a large pot of water with the bouillon cube and salt for 20 minutes.
Drain them and mash with pepper, nutmeg, butter, and parmesan. Add a splash of milk and adjust the amount according to the desired texture. Maintain a "mashed potato" appearance, with some lumps.
To finish, add the shrimp at the end along with the chopped chives. Mix gently with a spoon to avoid crushing them. Serve with a nice salad.
