With this sausage rougail, I offer you a delicious exotic journey. The taste buds will delight. Served with fragrant rice, it's pure bliss and a chance to escape.
Brown the onions with the oil in a pot. Add the sausages cut into pieces. Then add the garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Mix well.
To finish, add thyme, turmeric, and cumin along with a little water. Cover and let simmer on low heat for about half an hour. I served this dish with fragrant rice and garnished it with fresh coriander leaves.
