 8 Ham or chicken breast
 200 Grated cheese
 Salt, pepper
 8 Raclette cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fill each crepe with a slice of ham, 2 slices of cheese, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt/pepper.

Fold them and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The cheese should melt well.
