Very good Good recipe. Next time, I will replace 2 tomatoes with a bell pepper, for a change. My suggestion: Not having any chili, I replaced it with mild chili powder, I doubled the amount of curry, I omitted the lemon (I didn't have any), I cooked all the tomatoes at the same time, and I replaced the cilantro with oregano and cooked the basmati rice in coconut milk.

In the oven Yes, it's a treat. It's another way to enhance fish. The curry and coriander add a very subtle touch of exoticism. My guests enjoyed it. My suggestion: I brushed the salmon steaks with olive oil and cooked them in a casserole in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 240°C. It's less greasy.

Delicious This dish is excellent, very fine. My guests loved it. My suggestion: For my part, I prepared it with beautiful salmon fillets totally free of bones. In winter, fresh tomatoes can be replaced with canned tomato puree. It should be of very good quality.

A delight I tried this recipe today thinking it looked nice. But this little dish is much more than nice; it is a treat for anyone whose taste buds want to change horizons and break from routine. My suggestion: If, like me, you live in an area where fish is scarce, you can easily replace the cut with a nice fillet.

Coconut Milk Variation My suggestion: A nice variation is to cook the basmati rice not in water but in coconut milk: it's delicious.
