An appetizer recipe for a festive occasion.
Chop the dill and coriander and crush them lightly.
To segment the citrus fruits (Cut off the ends of the lemon, grapefruit, and orange, then peel them thoroughly. Make cuts along the membranes to remove the segments.) and then cut them into cubes.
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Mix the herbs, the salmon, and the citrus, then add a drizzle of olive oil.
Season with fleur de sel and pimiento.
