Ingredients
 10 Sparkling Wine Mosaic Brut
 3 red fruit liqueur
 2 raspberry puree
 1 lime
 1 crushed rosemary

Pour 30 ml of red fruit liqueur.

Pour 2cl of raspberry puree.

Add ice cubes and stir gently with a spoon.

Pour 100 ml of sparkling wine.

Mix again very gently.

Crush a 6 cm sprig of rosemary between your hands and place it in the glass with a clip.

To finish, zest a lime peel over the glass and place it in the glass. Enjoy!
