Separate the egg whites from the yolks of 4 eggs. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add 125g of sugar and mix. Incorporate the egg yolks into the mixture and blend.
Add 100g of sifted flour and mix. Add 50g of melted butter and mix.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake the mixture for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Cover the dough with parchment paper and then flip the baking sheet.
Spread the strawberry filling evenly over the dough. Roll the dough with the help of the parchment paper.
To finish, spread some fruit preserve made from strawberries and wild strawberries on the outside of the roll. Dust with powdered sugar. Add strawberries for decoration.
