 40 Softened butter
 1 clove Crushed garlic
 2 Paprika
 2 Cumin
 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
 ½ Chicken broth
 25 Water

Preparation of the kneaded butter Preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 7). Place the butter, paprika, cumin, spice blend, garlic, and chili in a bowl and mix with your fingertips.

Preparation of the turkey thigh Place the thigh in a large baking dish. Gently lift the skin and spread the butter on the thigh. Fold the skin back down; this helps keep the meat tender.

Baking in the oven Place the dish in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. During cooking, baste the meat with the broth cube that you have previously dissolved in water.

To finish, the meat is cooked when a clear juice runs out when you pierce it with a fork.

    Very good, the spices enhance the taste of the turkey. I added potatoes to the bottom of the dish to make it a complete meal, and I really enjoyed it.

    To die for This recipe is really excellent, even without the chili (for sensitive stomachs at the table). My suggestion: I directly added diced potatoes to the dish so they absorb the flavors of the spices, delicious!

    Pure bliss!!!! A delight. I meticulously followed the recipe (doubling the spices since my husband and I are enthusiastic fans of them..). It's really not dry, this recipe is definitely worth making again!!!
