 8 Pineapple
 110 Butter
 80 Brown sugar
 50 Cashew nuts
 50 Peanut
For the caramel
 80 Sugar
 40 Semi-salted butter
 10 Liquid cream
 1 Vanilla extract
Directions
1

Chop the cashews and peanuts with a knife, add 100 g of butter, brown sugar, and mix to obtain a crumbly dough.

2

Sauté the pineapple slices in a pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes on each side. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the golden slices, sprinkle with crumble, and place under the broiler for a few minutes (3 to 5 minutes), watching closely to prevent burning.

3

In a small saucepan, heat the liquid cream with the vanilla extract.

4

To finish, in another saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes to obtain a golden caramel. Add the vanilla cream very gradually (to avoid splattering) to the caramel while mixing well, then turn off the heat and add the butter, mixing well and drizzling over the pineapple slices once arranged on the plates. You can also make this dessert with pears, apples, or even bananas.
