Peel the apples and pears, remove their cores, then cut them into pieces.
Heat the butter in a pan, then sauté the fruit pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the nuts and set aside.
Cut the cheese into pieces vertically and then place the cooked fruits on the inside.
Close the cheese and cover it with crushed dried fruits and fresh thyme.
Drizzle with a little honey, pepper, and wrap everything in aluminum foil.
To finish, place it on a baking sheet and surround it with previously oiled pieces of stale bread. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
