This sweet and savory recipe for roasted colorful carrots with honey will delight your taste buds and perfectly accompany your white meats and fish! Original and trendy, this recipe is very simple and quick to make.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C).
Peel the carrots and cook them for 2 minutes in salted boiling water with whole cloves of garlic.
Cut in half lengthwise. Then place them on a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray with the garlic cloves.
Squeeze the juice from the orange, then pour it over the carrots with the oil.
Sprinkle with cumin and paprika. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the honey, and bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, remove from the oven, place on a plate, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
