We love this roasted camembert with mirabelle plums.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
Melt butter with a sprig of rosemary and sauté the mirabelle plums for 10 minutes.
Season with pepper.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Place the cheese in aluminum foil or a ramekin.
Make a cross incision on top.
To finish, bake for 15 minutes. Spread the fruit and serve with slices of cured ham and toast.
