Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash and chop the radish greens preferably with a knife. Cook the bacon without any added fat. Place them on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, loosen the ricotta, add the eggs, then the flour and baking powder. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add the radish greens and bacon.
Grease a cake mold if it's not silicone.
Pour the mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.
To finish, unmold onto a rack and let cool before enjoying.
